今年全國兩會，人大代表馬金蓮關(guān)注農(nóng)村養(yǎng)老話題，馬金蓮建議建議將醫(yī)保費(fèi)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閮π钚停蕴岣咿r(nóng)民的繳費(fèi)積極性。馬金蓮說建議，農(nóng)村醫(yī)保不要逐年漲，交了以后能變成儲蓄型。全國人大代表湯越強(qiáng)也提出類似建議，湯越強(qiáng)說，老百姓能不能像買汽車保險一樣，今年不看病，明年不看病，后年是不是能打折，是不是能像職工醫(yī)療保險一樣流轉(zhuǎn)至下一年使用。
